Decadent choc-hazelnut pancakes - perfect for a luxurious weekend brunch with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 1⁄215.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1⁄2.50 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 11⁄2832.50 gm milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 125g packet Baci Perugina Original Dark Chocolates, unwrapped, chopped
  • 50g butter, melted
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Chocolate syrup, to serve
  • Baci Perugina Original Dark Chocolates, unwrapped, chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and bicarbonate of soda to make a well. Add milk, egg, and vanilla, whisk until fully combined. Gently fold in Baci chocolates.
  • - Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat and lightly brush it with butter. - Spoon 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and repeat to make another pancake. - Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes. - Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they are golden and cooked through. - Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and cover to keep warm. - Repeat the process with the remaining batter, brushing the pan with butter between batches.
  • Top the pancakes generously with whipped cream and a decadent drizzle of chocolate syrup, then sprinkle with additional chopped Baci chocolates for an extra touch of indulgence.
