Festive holiday corn pudding with just 5 ingredients: cornbread mix, canned corn, butter, and sour cream.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 pound butter, softened
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place butter in a 2-quart casserole dish to melt as the oven preheats.
  • After the butter has melted, take the casserole dish out of the oven. Stir in both types of corn, cornbread mix, and sour cream into the melted butter until fully mixed.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
