Creamy mushroom stew ready in 30 minutes; perfect over rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and saute until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
  • Pour in the flavorful chicken broth and allow it to gently simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add the luxurious heavy whipping cream and generously season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the stew simmer until it thickens, which should take about 4 to 5 minutes.
