Savory ground turkey and creamy corn casserole - a family favorite devoured with no leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Sear the turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes until nicely browned.
  • Arrange sliced potatoes in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, drizzle with butter, season with salt and pepper. Spread cream-style corn over the potatoes, layer with browned turkey meat, and finish by spooning tomato soup on top.
  • Bake covered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
