Kickstart your morning with flavorful scrambled egg and avocado burritos!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 0.66666668653488 cup dry curd cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, milk, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt, then transfer to a skillet over medium heat. Stir and cook until scrambled.
  • Season mashed avocados with salt. Warm tortillas individually in a skillet over medium heat until just heated through. Spread each tortilla with avocado mixture, cottage cheese, and scrambled eggs. Roll into burritos and serve with ketchup.
