Whip up a spicy vegetarian sub in minutes with store-bought falafel and a squeeze of Sriracha.
Ingredients:
  • 1 long (about 20cm) bread roll
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 10.60 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 50g (1/3 cup) green or red sauerkraut
  • 6 falafel, heated, halved
  • 125.00 ml fresh micro herbs
  • 20.00 ml small fresh mint leaves
  • 35g feta
  • Sriracha, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Cut the bread roll in half, then generously spread a creamy mixture of ripe avocado and tangy fresh lemon juice over the warm, toasty surface.
  • Layer the sauerkraut, falafel, radish, and herbs on top.
  • Sprinkle the feta over the top, then generously drizzle with sriracha sauce to your liking.
