Try quick and mouthwatering fish tacos with sour cream and fresh cilantro for a delicious meal in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • 425g pkt Oven Bake Original Crumb Fish Fillets
  • 6 small flour tortillas, warmed
  • 130g salsa
  • 180g lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 40.00 ml red onion, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml fresh coriander, chopped
  • 120g tasty cheese
  • Light sour cream, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets according to package instructions, then cut the cooked fillets in half horizontally.
  • Spread a generous amount of salsa on the tortillas. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, and coriander. Add fish pieces on top and finish with a sprinkle of cheese. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and lime wedges on the side.
