Delicious frozen fish tacos with crispy fish sticks, cabbage, tartar sauce, and salsa in warm corn tortillas.
Ingredients:
  • 30 breaded frozen fish sticks
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 0.5 pound finely shredded red cabbage
  • 0.75 cup tartar sauce
  • 0.75 cup salsa
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect cooking environment.
  • Place the fish sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until they are crisp and golden brown. Then, remove from the oven and cut them into thirds.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm vegetable oil. Fry tortillas until softened, then drain on paper towels.
  • Add fish stick portions, cabbage, tartar sauce, and salsa onto heated tortillas to create a delicious and satisfying meal.
