Easy frozen guacamole recipe

Freeze guacamole for quick and easy entertaining. Top with olive oil to prevent ice crystals. Customize with pickled jalapeños for extra kick.
Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 40.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Tabasco sauce, to season
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve (optional)
  • Corn chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine the avocado, onion, garlic, yoghurt, lime juice, and a splash of Tabasco. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight container. Top it off with a generous drizzle of olive oil before sealing it tightly and storing it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Optionally, garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy with corn chips.
