Indulgent frozen hot chocolate made with rich chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, and ice - perfect for summer cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups milk, divided
  • 3 cups ice
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds for 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in the sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined. Whisk in 1/2 cup of milk until smooth; let it cool for about 5 minutes before using.
  • Blend chocolate mixture, remaining milk, and ice in a blender on high speed until creamy, approximately 1 to 3 minutes.
