4-ingredient frozen hot chocolate ice-cream

Indulgent Nutella ice cream with hot chocolate vibes, ready in a flash for any sunny day.
Ingredients:
  • 225.00 gm Nutella, plus extra to drizzle
  • 900ml thickened cream
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 250.00 ml mini vanilla marshmallows, plus extra to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Combine Nutella and 300ml of cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir occasionally for 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and heated through (avoid boiling). Allow it to cool completely.
  • With an electric mixer, whip together condensed milk, remaining cream, and Nutella until soft peaks form. Gently mix in marshmallows. Transfer the mixture into a 9cm-deep, 11.5cm x 20cm metal loaf pan. Swirl a bit of extra Nutella on top and scatter additional marshmallows. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Take out of the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
