Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.25 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, water, and sugar in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle garlic in hot oil until fragrant. Arrange shrimp in a single layer, pour soy sauce mixture over them, and cook until pink and juicy, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
