Irresistible garlic pan-fried potatoes, perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 2kg potatoes, peeled, thickly sliced
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Partially cook the potatoes by steaming or microwaving for 5 minutes.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, warm the oil and butter. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, then transfer to a bowl. Cook the potato in batches for 2-3 minutes each side until golden. Return the garlic and potatoes to the pan, add lemon juice, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the juice reduces. Season to taste and serve.
