Indulgent almond flour brownies with honey, coconut oil, walnuts, and cocoa, perfect for a quick and easy paleo-friendly, gluten-free dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup blanched almond flour
  • 0.66666668653488 cup raw honey
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, warmed until liquid
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C), then generously grease an 8-inch cake pan and coat with almond flour.
  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, honey, walnuts, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and vanilla. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and level the surface.
  • Bake in the oven until the center is firm and the edges detach from the pan, for about 20-25 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center - it should come out clean or with a few crumbs.
