Versatile granola bars perfect for on-the-go adventures. Customize with your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, and coconut. Ideal for hiking, road trips, and camping.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup sweetened dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Combine oats, sweetened condensed milk, butter, coconut, almonds, chocolate chips, and cranberries in a large bowl, using your hands to blend thoroughly. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until desired crunchiness. Slightly golden edges create moist, chewy bars. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, cut into squares, then cool completely before serving.
