Whip up a batch of easy gingerbread granola bars for a delicious snack or quick breakfast option.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 0.75 cup molasses
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease two 9x13-inch baking sheets.
  • In a big bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Add oil, honey, molasses, and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Use your hands to press mixture onto baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is no longer glossy.
  • Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then slice into bars while they are still warm.
