"Quick and easy meal prep for a week of delicious breakfasts, personalized with your choice of dried fruits."
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups Cascadian Farm® organic fruit and nut granola
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mild-flavor (light) molasses
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, making sure the paper extends over the sides of the pan. Also, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a food processor to quickly pulse the granola until it is broken up into smaller pieces. Set aside for later use.
  • Combine applesauce, honey, and molasses in a large bowl. Mix in granola, cranberries, and apricots until well combined. Press mixture firmly into a pan.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes before freezing uncovered for 1 hour.
  • Transfer the mixture from the pan onto parchment paper, cut into bars, and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Freeze uncovered for at least 1 hour before serving, then store in the freezer.
