Make healthier muffins with Bisquick Heart Smart® mix and fat-free egg product!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F, and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
  • Bake until golden brown, then cool slightly and remove from pan.
