Easy Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Grilled cauliflower "steaks" with olive oil and steak seasoning for a quick and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
  • 1 large head cauliflower
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine olive oil and grill seasoning in a small bowl, whisking until well blended.
  • Place cauliflower on a cutting board and trim off any inedible leaves. Trim the bottom of the stem while keeping the core intact. Slice cauliflower in half and cut 1-inch-thick "steaks" from each half.
  • Coat both sides generously with the flavorful seasoned oil and grill for 6 minutes on each side.
