Easily make versatile homemade garlic butter for garlic bread, steak, chops, or crusty bread.
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, chopped, at room temperature
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine butter with garlic and rosemary until well blended using a fork.
  • Shape the butter into a log about 12cm long on a sheet of baking paper and wrap it up. Chill in the fridge until firm, then cut into 12 slices.
