Ingredients:
  • 1 jumbo crusty bread roll
  • 50g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 125g wheel brie
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan forced) and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Cut a large circle from the top of the bread roll to fit the wheel of brie and set the top aside.
  • In a small frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Mix in garlic, then take off the heat and stir in parsley.
  • Score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern. Pour one-third of the butter mixture into the bread roll. Add the brie on top and finish with the rest of the butter mixture. Transfer to the ready tray.
  • Tear the top of the bread into 4 pieces and arrange around the bread roll. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread turns golden and the brie is soft. Serve hot.
