Elevate date night with zesty lemon garlic butter salmon.
Ingredients:
  • 4 fresh salmon portions skin off
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 40.00 gm butter
  • Sea salt
  • 1 tsp dill
Instructions:
  • Prepare lemon slices and crush garlic. Place two 50cm pieces of foil on a baking tray, overlapping them. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Layer the asparagus in the tray, then arrange the salmon portions on top followed by sliced lemons, butter, crushed garlic, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Scrunch the foil ends together to create a dome over the tray, making sure it doesn't touch the fish.
  • After baking for 25 minutes, carefully unwrap the foil, then plate the individual servings and finish by garnishing with dill.
