Lemon garlic butter baked tilapia - a healthy, flavorful dish with fresh fish fillets and a perfect flaky texture.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 dash pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cleanse tilapia fillets under refreshing water, then gently dry with paper towels.
  • Arrange the fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle them with fresh lemon juice and luxurious melted butter. Shower with fragrant garlic, parsley, and a pinch of pepper for a burst of flavor.
  • Roast in the oven until the fish turns white and easily flakes with a fork, approximately 30 minutes.
