Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound sliced fresh okra
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add onion and cook until soft. Mix in okra and season generously with cumin, ginger, coriander, pepper, and salt.
  • Cook and stir for a few minutes, then lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and simmer until the okra is tender, about 20 minutes.
