Whip up a delicious Middle Eastern lamb pizza with crumbled feta, beetroot tzatziki, and baby spinach!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Lamb Mince
  • 30.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 1 Turkish Bread, split, base only
  • 100g fetta, crumbled
  • 200g beetroot tzatziki dip
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 200C. - Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. - Cook the mince, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 mins until cooked through. - Stir in the Moroccan seasoning and cook for 1 min until well combined. - Remove from heat and mix in half of the spinach.
  • 1. Place the bread base on a baking tray, then generously spoon over the flavorful mince mixture. Top it off with a generous sprinkle of creamy feta cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the bread is perfectly crisp and heated through.
  • Top the pizza with the remaining spinach and dollop tzatziki over it. Cut the pizza into pieces and serve.
