Easy macaroni cheese recipe for two

Creamy and indulgent mac 'n' cheese recipe perfect for two as a main dish or three to four as a side.
Ingredients:
  • 200g macaroni
  • 160ml cream
  • 80ml milk
  • 165.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 62.50 ml grated parmesan
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 40.00 ml dried breadcrumbs
  • Extra 62.50 ml grated tasty cheese
  • Ground paprika, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat and grease a small baking dish. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following package directions until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
  • In the same saucepan, combine cream and milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Add cheeses, season with salt and pepper generously. Stir over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. Add pasta back to the pan.
  • Coat the pasta in the sauce and transfer to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, extra cheese, and a dash of paprika. Grill until topping is golden and crispy, about 2 minutes.
