Quick and easy mango ice cream: blend frozen mango with cream and honey for a delicious treat in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 250g frozen diced mango, plus extra to serve
  • 51.60 gm sweetened condensed milk
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Let mango sit on a plate for 20 minutes to thaw slightly.
  • Combine ripe mango chunks, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a blender and blend until silky smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle attached, then pipe it into two ½-cup capacity serving glasses. Garnish with additional mango before serving.
