Delicious monster cookies loved by all - a hit in the lab and beyond.
Ingredients:
  • 2.6666667461395 cups peanut butter
  • 2.3333332538605 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 9 cups rolled oats
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Incorporate sugars until fully blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine oats and baking soda, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and drop heaping teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the oven until lightly browned with set edges, about 12 to 15 minutes.
