Create irresistible Monster Cookies with cake mix - soft, chewy, and loaded with peanut butter, oats, M&M's®, and chocolate chips. Easy-to-make dough using Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix. Perfect for a quick sweet treat or a decadent ice cream sandwich!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup M&M's® milk chocolate candies
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, water, and egg using an electric mixer until fully combined. Fold in oats until mixed, then gently stir in candies and chocolate chips. Use a large cookie scoop to drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 14 to 15 minutes until edges turn golden brown. Let cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely, which takes about 20 minutes.
