Moist and fluffy cookies using boxed cake mix. Customizable with pecans, candy, raisins, or butterscotch chips. Easy and quick to make!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.67 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine cake mix, oats, and baking powder in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add eggs and margarine; mix thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet in rounded portions.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, then let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
