Indulge in a flourless monster cookie recipe bursting with oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&M candies for big, chewy treats.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1.5 teaspoons corn syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 9 cups rolled oats
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 pound candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
  • 0.5 pound semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth. Add eggs two at a time, then mix in corn syrup and vanilla. Blend in oats and baking soda until smooth. Fold in chocolate candies and chips. Shape dough into 2-inch balls, space them 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets, and gently flatten with a fork.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Then, let them cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
