Try these irresistible Nutella cookies loaded with chocolate chips and hazelnuts for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you prepare 2 baking sheets lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and mix until smooth. Slowly incorporate flour and cocoa powder. Finally, fold in chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
  • Spoon the dough onto the baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each spoonful.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Let the cookies rest in the warm oven for an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm or cool on a wire rack.
