Quick and easy flaky Nutella® cookies made with frozen puff pastry.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped, roasted hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Place the puff pastry on a work surface and generously spread chocolate-hazelnut spread all over it. Sprinkle a handful of chopped hazelnuts on top.
  • Roll the pastry tightly around the filling from one long edge, stopping in the middle. Repeat with the opposite long edge, meeting the first roll. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a cozy layer of parchment paper.
  • Slice the pastry into 3/4-inch slices and place them neatly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until cookies turn golden, for 6 to 7 minutes. Flip cookies and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until crisp.
