Irresistible hazelnut cookies, ideal with coffee or tea. Perfectly sweet and simple for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract, beat until fully combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently mix into the egg mixture. Carefully fold in chopped hazelnuts.
  • Scoop small portions of dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet with space in between.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-20 minutes.
