Create delicious crêpes with sweet or savory fillings to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
  • 250 ml milk
  • unsalted butter
  • 3 large free-range eggs
  • 125 g plain flour
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth. Transfer the batter to a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes. In a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, melt butter or drizzle oil. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the base evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges start to lift. Flip and cook for an additional minute until done. Serve hot with desired toppings.
