Triple pleasure peanut butter cookies with peanut butter chips and cups, perfect for holiday exchanges.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on cookie mix package
  • 1/4 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse sparkling sugar
  • 36 Reese's miniatures peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line 36 mini muffin cups with mini paper baking cups.
  • Combine cookie mix, water, oil, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Then, mix in peanuts and peanut butter chips.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, coat the top half of each ball with sugar, and place each ball sugar-side up into the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges turn light golden brown. Quickly press 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
