Buttery pretzels folded into fluffy pineapple-cream cheese base - a showstopper for any party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl, then stir in the pineapple. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Toss pretzels with butter and 1/3 cup sugar until well coated; then spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes until the pretzel mixture is caramelized. Remove from the oven, let it cool, then break it into pieces and gently mix it into the pineapple mixture.
