Easy no-bake cheesecake with quick graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
  • 1/3 cup rainbow colored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine crust ingredients in a small bowl, then firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are a golden brown. Allow to cool on a rack for 20 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, frosting, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the crust and sprinkle the edge with sprinkles. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until fully chilled. Cut into pieces and serve.
