Impress with vibrant Rainbow Chip Fudge made deliciously easy using just two ingredients - Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Rainbow Chip Frosting. A crowd-pleasing and colorful dessert delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 8-inch square pan by greasing it.
  • Place white vanilla baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Don't worry if there are a few lumps. Just keep stirring until fully melted.
  • Microwave the frosting in a separate bowl, uncovered, on High for 20 to 30 seconds until it is melted and smooth.
  • Combine the melted chocolate chips with the frosting, then pour the mixture into a pan. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 1 hour. Cut into 36 squares.
  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate the fudge if preferred.
