- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
- 1 tablespoon Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors rainbow mix (from 1.75-oz container)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Add egg and mix well. Gradually incorporate cake mix on low speed. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, then sprinkle with colorful sprinkles before baking.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let cool completely for about 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
