Funfetti cookie pizza with luscious frosting - perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pouches (17.5 oz each) Betty Crocker™ pouch sugar cookie mix
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup candy sprinkles
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine cookie mixes, butter, and eggs in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Gently fold in the colorful candy sprinkles.
  • Take half of the dough and gently press it into an ungreased 12-inch round pizza pan to create the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch space around the edges as the dough will expand while baking. Bake for approximately 11 minutes or until the crust is golden and set. Allow it to cool before proceeding.
  • Shape the remaining dough into 36 small balls and arrange them on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden. Allow to cool before serving.
  • Spread the luscious frosting on the cooled crust, layer on the sliced strawberries, crumble as many cookies as you like and sprinkle them on top. Finish off with some extra sprinkles for a delightful touch!
