Easy Ramen with Chicken and Teriyaki Sauce

Satisfy your Japanese food craving with this quick and easy one-pot chicken ramen and veggie dish!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast meat
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 5 minutes, until they are soft.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Saute carrots, zucchini, and onion until they soften, around 5 minutes. Stir in shredded chicken, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until everything is heated through and the sauce thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the drained ramen to the flavorful blend of vegetables and chicken. Mix well and drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce as desired.
