Easy ravioli pizza recipe

Indulge in a mouthwatering fusion of pizza and pasta with this cheesy and irresistible combo that will satisfy both kids and adults alike.
Ingredients:
  • 325g packet Rana Pumpkin & Roasted Onion Ravioli
  • Olive oil, to grease
  • 155g (1 1/2 cups) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 80ml (1/2 cup) bought tomato pasta sauce
  • 50g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 40g (1/4 cup) kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 small red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced and lightly grease a baking tray with oil. Cook the ravioli according to the packet instructions until al dente. Quickly refresh them under cold running water, drain, and transfer to a bowl.
  • Combine the egg and 100g (1 cup) cheese with the ravioli, then spread the mixture onto a prepared tray, layering the ravioli to form a 26cm disc shape. Carefully separate the ravioli slightly and add a touch of cheese mixture between each one. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
  • Pour the pasta sauce evenly on top of the ravioli. Add the mushrooms, olives, onion, capsicum, and remaining cheese on top. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle some fresh basil before serving.
