Impossibly Easy Ravioli Pie

Elevate your Italian dinner with a garlic-infused spinach and ravioli pie featuring a cheesy Bisquick® crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves (about 1 oz.)
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
  • 2 cups tomato pasta sauce, heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously grease the bottom of a 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Layer half of the ravioli at the bottom of the pie plate. Sprinkle with spinach and basil, then spoon 1 cup of pasta sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add the rest of the ravioli, then top with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup pasta sauce.
  • Heat oil in a 7-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. In a medium bowl, mix garlic, Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, and Parmesan cheese with a fork. Pour the mixture evenly over the filling in the pie plate.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with warm pasta sauce.
