  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
  • Combine ham stock and coffee granules with water in a large mixing bowl to create a flavorful stock.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter until it turns golden brown, then stir in the flour constantly to create a flavorful roux. This process should take about 5 minutes.
  • Gradually pour the stock mixture into the roux, whisking constantly, until it thickens like gravy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
