Easy red velvet cake: White cake mix, chocolate pudding, buttermilk & red food coloring. No more fear!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package non-instant chocolate pudding mix
  • red food coloring, as desired
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Prepare the cake as directed on the package, swapping half of the water with buttermilk (around 1/2 cup). Mix in the pudding mix and food coloring.
  • Transfer the mixture into a cake pan(s) and bake as instructed on the package.
