- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 bottle (1 oz) red food color
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to thoroughly combine all ingredients until a thick batter forms. Use a 1-inch cookie scoop to drop dough onto cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are set. Transfer the cookies from the baking sheets to cooling racks.
