Tender slow-cooked pork smothered in your favorite BBQ sauce, ideal for irresistible pulled pork sandwiches.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless pork shoulder (Boston Butt) roast
  • 0.75 cup cider vinegar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and generously coat all sides with vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
  • Slow cook for 10-12 hours on low heat.
  • Place the cooked pork onto a serving platter. Remove and dispose of any excess juices from the slow cooker. Chop the pork and add it back into the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the delicious barbecue sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
