Cozy slow cooker chicken soup with rich cream of mushroom, hearty veggies, and flavor-packed onion soup mix. Perfect for chilly days!
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 3 small baby bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix (such as Lipton®)
Instructions:
  • Combine chicken, water, condensed soup, onion, celery, carrots, baby bell peppers, and onion soup mix in a slow cooker, ensuring everything is thoroughly mixed.
  • Slow cook the chicken on Low for 6 to 8 hours until it's tender. Then, use 2 forks to shred the chicken and ensure the soup is well stirred before serving.
