Easy slow cooker chicken noodle soup - perfect for busy days. Enjoy a comforting meal with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Add chicken, water, onion, celery, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours to develop deep and rich flavors.
  • Remove the tender chicken from the slow cooker and tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces in a small casserole dish to keep warm.
  • Increase slow cooker heat to High and incorporate frozen egg noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, then add chicken back to the broth. Season to taste.
